Conditions – Payment terms
After placing an order on Top Cellar website, the Top Cellar team will contact you to arrange the delivery according to the conditions below:

Minimum order for free delivery in Beijing and Shanghai: RMB 600.
Delivery between 24 to 48 hours in Beijing and Shanghai except during Chinese vacations.
Payment term: Cash on delivery.
